Following ongoing research, testing and fine tuning, Echo Barrier, the UK born market leader in noise reduction solutions, has launched their newest and most effective acoustic barrier to date -the H9™.
Extremely durable, lightweight and water, fire and temperature resistant, the H9™ has passed both US (ASTM E84) and British (BS 7837-1996) fire tests and achieves outstanding results in an array of applications. This latest addition to Echo Barrier’s award-winning portfolio, not only offers excellent noise reduction of up to 38.5 dB with an absorption rate of 97%, it is water resistant meaning the barrier’s performance will not be impaired from water (BSEN 60529:1992 IPX6 / IPX9).
A market-leading product offering portability, versatility and easy installation, the H9™ offers award-winning noise control to a variety of hazardous environments.
Technical director Peter Wilson said: “We are a hugely innovative team and we are always developing and improving our range to make our products better for the customer. “Having listened to the feedback of our customers, the H9 is our most effective fire and water resistant acoustic barrier to date which is suitable for all environments.”
Echo Barrier’s acoustic barriers are already used by some of the world’s biggest built environment companies and have already been credited with reducing building noise at the likes of the World Trade Centre in New York and on the London Underground.
