Echo Barrier, whose sound reduction barriers are currently being used on sites across the world including the World Trade Centre, the Sydney Rail Network and the London Underground, have appointed Rebecca Marriott-Smith to head up marketing of the brand.
Echo Barrier has recently opened offices in America, Australia, the Middle East and the Far East, and Rebecca will work with the company’s contracted PR team to manage uniformity of all communications across the globe from their base on New Market Road.
Peter Wilson, Technical Director or Echo Barrier said: “We are delighted that Rebecca has joined us, to inject some new enthusiasm and ideas into our marketing as the brand grows across the globe. We have no doubt that she will fit in very well and will make a significant contribution to the team.
Rebecca joins Echo Barrier from BuyBrandTools.com where she was Customer Services Manager and brings with her experience of the industrial products market. She added: “I’m very excited about the challenge of managing the marketing for an expanding global brand. I have lots of new ideas and I’m looking forward to putting them into practice.
This is a great Suffolk based product which is flying the flag for UK skills and technology overseas.” Echo Barriers are noise reduction products used on construction sites and at music events to reduce noise, extend working hours, improve the look of a site and make works sites more community-friendly.
